Custom Therapeutic Massage

Includes a custom blend of techniques at just the right amount of pressure to achieve the best results.

Deep Tissue Massage

Designed to remove severe tension, this technique relieves both muscle and connective tissue. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries.

Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle massage which encourages the natural drainage of the lymph and carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Prenatal Massage

Focusing on addressing the special needs of expecting women, specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Cupping Massage

A modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy, cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil and used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, massage stones induce deep relaxation.

Aromatherapy Massage

A unique massage with pure, authentic essential oils for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience.

Chair Massage

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used.

Custom Herbal Facial

A custom blend of soothing herbs and plant based products are used to cleanse, exfoliate, calm and rejuvenate the skin.

Microdermabrasion Facial

Diamond tip microdermabrasion increases circulation and tone, and stimulates collagen production. Followed by a cooling and hydrating hyaluronic jelly mask, this session will clear dry skin and blackheads, minimize fine lines and wrinkles, and give you a lasting youthful glow.

Mini Facial

A shortened facial customized for your skin type and condition. Treatment includes cleanse, mask, and treatment products. Great for client in need of a quick "pick me up."

Back Treatment

"A facial for your back" This service will focus on skin care for those hard to reach areas. Customized treatment including cleansing, exfoliation, mask, serums and facial machines as needed.

Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching helps you define your goals, discover your motivation, and create a vision for achieving wellness by your own standards.

Massage Consultation

Lets discuss your goals and create a treatment plan that you can start applying immediately. Includes instruction in self myofascial release, stretching, corrective exercise, and more. This service is included with any massage or facial service.

Postural Analysis

By identifying areas of misalignment or weakness, postural analysis can help to reduce pain, improve function, and prevent further injury.

Assisted Stretching

Improve flexibility, posture, and aid recovery with assisted stretching. Please wear clothing that allows full range of motion. Work out clothing is ideal.
